Privacy policy

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website or contact me through it. If we start coaching together, I will inform you separately about how I handle your training data.

1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and working website). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

3. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

4. Contacting me by email

If you email me, I process your message and address to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Emails to contact@fritztheden.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to my mailbox. I delete messages once they are no longer needed, unless a legal retention duty (for example under tax law) applies.

5. Booking an intro call

The button "Book a call" and other booking buttons lead to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), where you choose a time and enter your name, email address and any message. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy. I receive the booking details and use them to arrange and hold the call, which takes place on Google Meet (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before entering into a contract). I delete booking data once it is no longer needed, unless a retention duty applies.

6. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn

The site links to my profiles on Instagram (Meta) and LinkedIn. These are plain links. No data is sent to these services until you click them, and then their privacy policies apply: instagram.com and linkedin.com. If you message me there, I use your message to reply to you.

7. Reviews and photos

Client reviews on this site appear with the first name, profession and, where given, a photo of the person. They are published only with that person's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by emailing contact@fritztheden.com, and I will then remove the review and photo.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact me at contact@fritztheden.com.

9. Complaints
